Identifying project stakeholders is important for project planning and execution. If project manager fails to understand what each stakeholder expects and how to communicate with these stakeholders, can lead to project failure.

ZilicusPM system already enabled PMs to invite project team members, project customers to project and provide project visibility to higher up authorities.

The newest version will formally allows project manager to formally identify project stakeholders as

• Project Sponsor
• Project Auditor
• Project Vendor
• Associated Government Agency
• Project Partner and
• Others

Project team would transparently know who is sponsoring given project, who is auditing the project, who is the partner or there is any government agency involved.

Project Stakeholder Management in ZilicusPM

Not only one can identify project sponsor, project manager can invite them to collaborate with project team. ZilicusPM enables project collaboration among project stakeholders and it enables them to access project schedule, view dashboard, comment on tasks, start discussion, comment in discussion forum, create issues and upload documents.

To Add a stakeholder, your account administrator should have enabled stakeholder management module in Admin settings as shown below.

Project manager can add project stakeholder by simply clicking on Add Stakeholder Button and selecting desired user and its type. Optionally he can also invite stakeholder for project collaboration.
