Project Import = Project Templates + Your Best Bet
You can extend learning from your previous projects to reuse those in new projects. ZilicusPM lets you replicate existing project’s timeline to set the schedule relative to new project’s start date. While importing existing project, you will have three options as you can see in the image below. You can simply import schedule, or import schedule along with project team resources and retain their assignments or include above two and import project resource groups also.

Summary Task progress indicator (in Gantt chart)
The Gantt chart has become more colorful in this version. You will notice, summary tasks will show progress made so far. This progress indicator will show percentage completion of tasks based on weighted average of its subtasks.

Link Issues/ Risks to Tasks
Now you can ensure traceability among project activities such as issues, risks and tasks. You can link existing project issues and risks to task. The latest version allows you to link multiple issues and risks to tasks in the same project. Once issue/ risk linked to task, users can navigate to details of respective issue/risk.
Link Document to Task, Issues and Risk
Project manager and team members can upload and link documents to project tasks. If you are Google Apps user, you can also link Google Documents to tasks, issues and risks
Email Notification: Task assignment email to calendar
When this email preference is set, your team can receive calendar events for each task assignment. Your team members will be able to view task assigned to them in their respective calendar – be it Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Lotus Note Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, GoDaddy Calendar and many other calendar clients.
