Custom Reports
ZilicusPM now enables users to design their own report be it about portfolio, projects, tasks, issues, risks or expenses. Users can customize these report and configure what all information they would like to track/view with these report.
Step-1: Selecting data-source i.e. the primary element of the report around which user would like to view information. The data source currently available are project, task, issue, risk, expense.
Step-2: Selecting column of the reports that users would like to view in the report. Users can also have aggregate (sum) operation for certain columns (like budget, estimated cost, etc).
Step-3: Selecting column of the reports that you would like to sort on, group by and have filters on.
Users can mark any of standard reports or custom reports as their ‘Favorite’ and thereby making the list of favorite reports quickly accessible.
